Refund policy
Refund and cancellation terms for paid programming consulting services from Core Grove Consulting.
This policy applies to paid programming consulting (scoped projects and advisory blocks) sold by Core Grove Consulting (enterprise of Tan Mei Ling), SSM 202203695196, 72,Jalan Meru, 41050 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.

Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid under a signed statement of work or advisory agreement when we have not yet delivered the milestone or hour block described in that document.
Timeframe
For service fees paid before work begins on a milestone, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the written payment confirmation, provided no substantive discovery or implementation work has started on that milestone.
Partial refunds
If work on a milestone has started, refunds are limited to the portion of fees attributable to undelivered work, minus reasonable costs already incurred and documented.
Non-refundable items
Deposits earmarked for scheduled discovery sessions are non-refundable once the session date is within forty-eight hours. Milestone payments are non-refundable once deliverables for that milestone have been accepted in writing or deployed to your agreed environment.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule a discovery session once with at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Advisory blocks may be cancelled at the end of any month with fourteen days’ notice; unused hours in the current month are not refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
No-shows
If agreed workshop participants do not attend without notice, the scheduled time may be charged against your block or deposit.
Process
Email info@coregrove.digital or call +60-3-0000-1720 with your agreement reference and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including access to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying disputes up to RM 50,000.
