These terms apply to paid programming consulting services offered by Core Grove Consulting (enterprise of Tan Mei Ling), 72,Jalan Meru, 41050 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia (SSM 202203695196), via coregrove.digital and related written agreements.

Services

We provide scoped programming project work and ongoing technical advisory for internal business tools. Exact deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a mutually signed statement of work or advisory agreement — not by general website copy.

Inquiries

Information you submit through /api/inquiry is used to evaluate fit and prepare proposals. It does not create a binding contract until both parties sign a scope document.

Fees and tax

Quoted fees are in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes or disbursements are disclosed in your quote. Starting prices on the website, if any, are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access to stakeholders, test data, and systems needed for discovery. Delays caused by missing decisions or access may shift timelines.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, upon full payment for a scoped project we grant you a licence to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain under their original licences. We may reuse generic know-how that does not disclose your confidential information.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public information received during an engagement. Confidentiality survives termination for three years, except where disclosure is required by law.

Warranties

Services are performed with reasonable skill and care for consulting work. Except as stated in a signed scope, services are provided without other warranties, express or implied.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Selangor have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
